The base on this work bench is constructed from a double-faced, heavy-gauge steel unit that features 12 locker openings for convenient storage of tools, spare parts, screws, bolts and more. The doors are vented for air circulation, and are fitted with spring-loaded hinges, padlock hasps and knockout plugs for cylinder locks. The top is made of 2.25"-thick maple wood, for a work surface strong enough to stand up to almost anything.
