From 1999 to 2006, he served as Pricing Manager at Net2Phone, Inc., optimizing pricing structures for competitive advantage. His tenure as Director of New Markets at Memberworks, Inc. (1995–1999) focused on identifying and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities. Additionally, as Manager of Client Services at Powerlink Creations, Inc. (1994–1995), he refined his ability to build strong customer relationships.
