Russwood Library Shelving is Real Oak Veneer and Solid Oak - No Particleboard!
Adder sections make it easy for your shelving system to grow with your book collection, and adjustable shelves configure easily to your needs. With it's many impressive features, our library shelving system is sure to become an important part of your school or university library. Toe board (front of the bottom frame) is 4” high.Top frame extends down 2 ½” from the top of the shelving unit.

Features:

  • Attractice Wood Veneer: 1"-thick real oak veneer plywood uprights. Veneer tops and backs.
  • Protective Edging: Uprights have 1/4"-thick solid oak edge band.
  • Solid Oak: Kiln-dried solid oak shelves, 3/4" thick.
  • Expert Workmanship: 6-step finishing process, including 2 applications of UV-cured solid resin clear coat.
  • Safe & Secure: Safety shelf pin prevents insert holes from enlarging due to shelf weight.
  • Heavy Duty: 1/4"-thick, oak plywood backs slide into groove machined into the uprights.
  • Extra Strong: Backs attached with screws on top and bottom for enhanced strength.
  • Matching Finish: Single-faced backs have matching finish on panel's interior side. Double-faced partitions have matching finish on both sides.
