Thanks Bonnie for your comment. It is an important point. As a matter of fact, many victims of cyberbulling are also perpetrators. There are also many different types of cyberbullies. Yet there has to be a line that can not be crossed. Please read the suggested “nettiquette” rules here which will prevent normal disagreements from turning into cyber bullying incidents. http://bit.ly/9xvbLT

We must put a clear end to cyber bulling and yet where is the line drawn? When kids communicate with their friends in person there is often normal bickering/teasing that goes on. Is there no room for disagreements in cyberspace?
