Adam Gouge

Manager of Project Solutions

Adam joined Hertz Furniture in 2011 as a project specialist, successfully managing projects throughout the country and even in Mongolia. As manager, he works with educators to help them meet their mission, curriculum, and budget goals when facing school construction projects.

Adam loves being with his children and serving as a certified firefighter/EMT.


Marlene Desmarias

Project Specialist

Before joining Hertz Furniture, Marlene worked in manufacturing for over 15 years managing both customer service and sales. As a project specialist, she oversees every step of the design process, from initial design layouts to the final delivery and installation.

Marlene is a mother of three and has been married for over twenty years.


Veronica Martin-Bennett

Project Coordinator

Veronica joined the Project Solutions team in 2014 with 17 years of experience in office administration. She is personable, goal-oriented and does not shy away from a challenge. Veronica's hard work, ethics and diligence make her an important asset to the team and every project.

Veronica loves her family, and serving up good ol’ soul food.


Alain Pino

Project Specialist

Alain has been in the furniture industry, as both buyer and sales rep, since 1979, and started with Hertz Furniture as South Florida sales rep in 2006. His furniture experience, attention to detail, and organization & design skills have helped him successfully furnish many outstanding schools.

Alain lives in South Florida and enjoys gardening, cooking, and exercising.


Terri Abbott

Project Specialist

With a degree in interior design, Terri began her career designing workspaces. She came to Hertz Furniture with years of experience in design, customer service, and project coordination. Terri’s organizational skills and work ethic are a perfect compliment to her background in furniture and design.

Terri likes to cook and spend time with her family.


Rachel Marcus

Project Coordinator

Working in administration and sales at Hertz Furniture before joining Project Solutions in 2014 gave Rachel insight into all phases of project implementation. As a coordinator, she ensures that each stage of the project runs smoothly, from arranging install dates, to order follow-up and beyond.

Rachel lives in upstate New York where she loves to take long walks and travel.

Hasmik Dovlatyan

Sr. Project Coordinator

Starting as an administrative assistant with Hertz Furniture in 1988, Hasmik was promoted to assistant manager of customer service before joining the Project Solutions team in 2012. As senior coordinator, she offers invaluable support to her teammates and clients in every stage of their projects.

Hasmik loves time with her family and is an advocate for children with disabilities.


Jackie Reviello

Project Specialist

Jackie joined Hertz Furniture in 2012. She’s a versatile, tech-savvy innovator who loves challenges, solving complex problems, and working with new people. As project specialist, Jackie provides technical and on-site support to both clients and colleagues during all phases of projects implementation.

Jackie loves traveling, photography, and participating in animal rescue efforts.


Darren Gouge

Project Specialist

Darren’s 25 years of experience in logistics, operations, commercial construction and project management help him and his clients see the big picture when working on complex turn-key furniture projects. His ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver results are his trademarks.

Besides time with his family, Darren enjoys fishing, baseball, and photography.


Roxanne Benge

Project Specialist

Roxanne came to Hertz Furniture with a degree in interior design and over 30 years of experience in the commercial furniture space as a designer and project manager. That experience, and her organization and communication skills, benefit her clients every day.

Roxanne enjoys spending time with her 3 children and grandchild.


Marianne Box

Project Specialist

Marianne joined Hertz Furniture in 2017 as an NCIDQ certified interior designer with 17 years of experience in K-12, higher ed, workspace, and hospitality. She specializes in space planning, color & material palettes, furniture selection, drafting plans in CAD, and producing beautiful 3D renderings.

Marianne enjoys time with her family, drawing, photography, and cooking.


Ryan Green

Project Specialist

Ryan holds a BA in Visual Communication and Interior Design and worked with several commercial furniture manufacturers before coming to Hertz Furniture. Ryan works with clients to create interactive learning environments that will have a positive effect on students and teachers for years to come.

Ryan enjoys restoring vintage furniture and spending time on his family farm.
